A Python application that automates the discovery of relevant procurement opportunities across 50+ airport and construction bid portals. Using Selenium for browser automation and BeautifulSoup for HTML parsing, the system navigates diverse website architectures—from JavaScript-heavy single-page applications to traditional paginated tables.

Smart filtering logic matches bids against predefined keywords (baggage handling systems, terminal infrastructure, etc.) while validating status and closing dates to surface only actionable opportunities. Cookie persistence and human-like interaction patterns ensure reliable access to Cloudflare-protected sites. The result: comprehensive daily reports delivered in organized CSV format, reducing manual monitoring time by 90%.
